EMPLOYABILITY OF ADULTS THROUGH EDUCATION: 3rd Meeting of CREATE, An Erasmus+ Project, held in Hannover

Date: 2018-12-05

On November the 30th, 2018, 9 Partners from 8 countries met in Hannover for the 3rd meeting of CREATE (Competitive Regions Employability of Adults through Education), a Project co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Commission.

CREATE will develop a Toolbox to enhance policy formulation and promote evidence-based AE policy and practice, also by further aligning strategy, policy and funding of AE. The project’s objective is to reduce geographic disparities in educational opportunities and outcomes across EU regions. The Toolbox section is operational and is going to be fed by Partners with relevant tools selected among 8 countries and all over Europe. The Toolbox will be available in 7 languages (Croatian, Czech, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Latvian).

Partners were reminded of the centrality of dissemination and visibility efforts and contact of local MEPs to inform them about CREATE so to gain significant impact at EU level as well as locally and regionally. Three internal evaluations forms were presented. The consortium discussed the specific structure and content of the Implementation Package: a set of template documents and operational guidelines to widen the access to the CREATE community and increase the adoption and use of the CREATE Toolbox.
